Our Customer Service Promises

Here at Who Made Your Pants? we believe in being honest about who we are, what we do, and how we do it. We're proud of what we do well and not afraid to put our hands up to what we get wrong.

We are a tiny office team of one full timer and two part timers, who sometimes have dentist appointments and days off to fit in too.

We love talking to you and want to provide customer service that you enjoy.

We know that you want to be treated like a person when you contact us.

We very often respond to emails and tweets or Facebook things immediately but we can't always - just one person looks after social media so our social media accounts can be unmonitored outside working hours. So we promise that we will:

  • Respond to customer emails within three working days

  • Respond to tweets, twitter direct messages or Facebook messages within ten working days

  • Resolve your problem as quickly as we can - we aim for within a week but sometimes it can take longer

  • Be honest when we talk to you - we're not afraid to say we don't know but will always scurry away to find something out

  • Do our best to do the best. We are human and will make mistakes, but everyone here wants you to love our pants as much as we do. Which is a whole lot.

  • Do what we've said we will. We won't say we'll do something that we can't.

Out of Hours Service

Due to the tiny size of our office team we provide very limited out of hours customer service - we may sometimes chat on twitter and Facebook but we do not access our orders system from outside the office so we will be unable to comment on individual orders.
