Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. If any item you have ordered is out of stock or in production, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as we can to work out what is the best solution for you.

Payment Options

We accept online payments by credit and debit card, and cash payments in person at events or at our premises.

Our secure online payment facilities are provided by Paypal through this shop which is run by Shopify. We never receive or see your card details and this also means that we can't take any card payments over the phone.

Delivery

Order by 1pm weekdays and your order will be shipped that day. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Mondays. We will send an email to the address provided at the time of order to confirm when your order has been dispatched.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are usually sent second class (as this seems as fast as first!) Charges for delivery to within mainland UK:

International Shipping

We will send our pants to any part of the world so that everyone has the chance to share in their beauty, but of course good old Royal Mail only has posties working here in the UK.

If the table below doesn't cover the amount of pants you want to send, please contact us on [email protected] or 023 80225536, tell us which lucky country is going to get a delivery, and we'll get you a quote for shipping quick smart.

Returns

We are really proud of our gorgeous pants, and the wonderful women who make them, and we totally stand by the quality of our products. Sometimes mistakes happen though, so we'll always refund or exchange pants that are faulty.

If you think your pants may be faulty or we've sent you the wrong ones, please call us on 023 8022 5536 or email us at [email protected] and we'll work with you to get things sorted.

We will also accept pants back in perfect unworn condition if you have accidentally bought the wrong size - we know this happens especially at Christmas time. If the mistake is with you though, we will ask you to cover the return postage cost and we will refund the original order when the pants arrive.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights*.

(Ever wondered what "your statutory rights" are? In the UK, consumers have certain rights under a couple of pieces of law: that what they've bought is of satisfactory quality (it's not faulty or defective or unsafe), that it's fit for purpose (it does what it's supposed to do), and it's "as described" (it matches it's description). Now you know!)

Gift Cards

Our gift cards :

• are available for £15, £25, £35, £50 and £75 worth of pants.
• all vouchers issued after May 31st 2013 expire two years after purchase. Older vouchers can still be redeemed but due to changes in our webshop technology please contact us for information on how to do this
• are only redeemable at our online shop whomadeyourpants.co.uk - please enter the code during checkout - PLEASE NOTE this step can come late in the payment process due to the requirements of our external payment handler
• must be redeemed with the voucher code
• have no monetary value
• are not exchangeable for cash
• are non refundable
• are not subject to discounts at point of purchase
• can be used against orders lower in value than the voucher. All 'change' will be issued as a new e-voucher only.

Fabrics and colours

We turn perfect fabrics left over from the lingerie trade into new pants and jobs. This means that

• When they're gone they're gone - the fabrics come in limited quantities and we can almost never get more of something.
• Occasionally there may be slight shade or pattern variations. For example, we try very hard to always have a black and a white lace in stock but black and white are hard to come by and so we may have pants made of three or four different laces in our stock room at any one time. We will only show photo at a time, usually of the lace we have most of.
• We almost never get any information on the fibre content of the fabrics.
• We almost never know where the fabrics were made.

Year of Pants

Membership entitles you to the following:

• A set minimum number of parcels depending on which Year of Pants product you subscribe to (12 for Original version, 4 for International,6 for Mini, 3 for £5 version and 2 for £2.50 version, all versions including Christmas treat). Each parcel contains at least one of our gorgeous pairs of pants. The pants supplied will be from our current our or upcoming ranges. Any additional (surprise) parcels you receive may not contain pants.
• You will be among the first to get any new shape
• Each pants delivery includes a newsletter from our Founder Becky

PAYMENT OPTION AND GUIDELINES

• On signing up to our Year of Pants products (except International - see below) you set up a monthly Direct Debit via our secure payment provider Gocardless. You will need a UK bank account to use this service.
• We have 4 shipping dates each month - 8th, 15th, 22nd and 30th. Your shipping date will be the first one after your DD has cleared.
• WMYP reserve the right to choose the colour and style of pants sent. If you wish to cancel your direct debit - all you will need to do is contact our finance department at [email protected] or give us a call on 02380 225536.
• You absolutely can change size/address during the year - just let us know.

Should we launch more than one new style during one month, you will receive one of those styles launched.

International Year of Pants: Your purchase your first pants delivery at £66.00 (containing at least 3 pairs of pants) through the website then we send you a monthly payment link of £22 for the next 9 months. If you have a UK bank account let us know and we can set up a direct debit instead. You will receive a further 3 deliveries (each containing at least 3 pairs of pants.) You are also very welcome to pay the full year up front!

Competitions

• Newsletter Sign up Draw: We randomly draw a name from our e-newsletter mailing list once a month to win a £25 gift card.
• Facebook Competitions: We will not ask you to share our pages or tag friends in any competitions, promotions or offers that we run on Facebook. Criteria for entry will be clearly stated on our timeline. Our promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
• Twitter Competitions: Anyone found to use multiple accounts will be ineligible. Multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted.Our promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter.
