And Friends...

When you buy our Pants, you get a cardboard tag - called a swing ticket - on it. This has some info about us and it also has the name of one of our team on it.

And if you read it carefully, underneath, it says the words...

Have you ever noticed that?

This is because, to maximise efficiency and to build a strong team, every Pant is made by everyone. One woman will sit at a particular machine and that person will do the same job for each pair of Pants in a run. And then another woman will be sitting near her doing the next job for all the Pants in that run. And so on.

And as we aim one day to have hundreds of women working for us (we have loooong term plans) we couldn't name everyone so, way back when, we decided to name one woman from the team on each ticket, and say 'and friends'.

We get lots of lovely tweets, and hand written letters from all over the world (seriously, thank you to everyone who writes. It's SO lovely) thanking the woman named on the card and we always share the love with the whole team because they are all made by the whole team. We love that you know our names - but in the spirit of telling you who ACTUALLY made your Pants, no woman here is an island.
