All change, all change

As you may remember, in January 2014, we advertised for a part time Office Manager. This post was quickly filled by Catherine.

Catherine proved herself to have skills and talents way beyond those needed to become an Office Manager and she increasingly lent us those skills in areas of planning, system and processes. The contribution she made to Who Made Your Pants? at a critical stage in it's growth was immense. In recognition of this, Catherine was promoted to Operations Director in November 2014 where she continued to refine processes and introduce new ways of working.

Six months into that role, it became clear that while those new things had bedded in, we still had an urgent need for other work - basic admin and picking and packing Pants. And so, all change, all change...

Catherine is moving on to other things and we now have Adrienne with us part time, focusing specifically on pick/pack/post, and Olivia part time who is dealing with day to day admin. Between them they are keeping all the day to day stuff neat as a new pin and we are all excited about the next stage in our growth. As I mentioned in a newsletter recently, we also have a new colleague in the factory - we're still not sure how public she wants to be yet so we won;t mention her name. But she is picking everything up fast and we are very happy she is here with us.
